Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kehja, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and meet any minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises the service or another person’s information.

3. Your creator content

You retain ownership of the content, materials, account information, feedback, and instructions you provide to Kehja. You also retain any rights you may have in content created through the service, subject to applicable law and any rights in third-party material.

You grant Kehja a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide the features you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content.

4. AI-assisted content

Kehja uses AI to recommend ideas and help create posts. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, or similar to content produced for others. It is a creative starting point, not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing every post before publishing it, including checking facts, claims, rights, disclosures, platform rules, and whether the content is appropriate for your audience.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Kehja to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, harass or exploit people, create deceptive or harmful content, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits or access controls, scrape the service without permission, or use automated means to abuse it.

6. Third-party services

Kehja may link to or later integrate with third-party services such as Instagram or Meta. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Kehja does not control their availability, moderation decisions, algorithms, account restrictions, or changes. Kehja does not currently promise automatic Instagram publishing.

7. Service availability and changes

Kehja may change, add, limit, suspend, or remove features as the product develops. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, permanent storage of every item, or any particular audience or account result.

8. Future paid plans

Kehja may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, usage limits, or optional purchases in the future. Any price, billing period, renewal term, cancellation right, and refund rule will be shown before you purchase. These terms do not create a current obligation to buy a plan.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Kehja at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, comply with law, address security risk, or respond to a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kehja is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kehja will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, audience growth, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Launch detail pending: the legal operator’s full name, registered address, contact method, and the specific Indian court jurisdiction have not yet been established in the project. They must be added before formal launch and should not be inferred from another product.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Kehja changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
