Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Kehja handles information when you visit the public website, create an account, build a creator profile, or use Kehja’s content strategy and creation features.

2. Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, including your email address, display name, authentication details, onboarding answers, creator-account names and handles, audience descriptions, voice and visual preferences, content pillars, references, feedback, and other account settings.

If you contact Kehja through a contact method introduced in the future, we may also keep the information in that communication so we can respond.

3. Creator content and results

Kehja stores the ideas, drafts, captions, carousel slides, visual directions, schedules, publishing status, edits, reactions, and performance information you create or add. This lets the service preserve your account context, avoid unwanted repetition, recommend what to make next, and improve its guidance for that creator account.

Some public demonstrations on the homepage are static examples. Opening them does not add them to your creator account.

4. AI processing

When you use AI-assisted features, Kehja may send the account context needed for that request to model providers. Depending on the feature, this may include your creator profile, recent and scheduled posts, instructions, edits, feedback, and performance signals. Kehja limits that context to what is relevant to produce the requested recommendation or content.

AI providers process this information on Kehja’s behalf under their applicable service terms and data-handling commitments. Do not submit confidential information that is not needed for your content work.

5. Instagram and Meta data

Kehja does not currently claim automatic Instagram publishing or continuous collection from Instagram or Meta. If a feature allows you to connect an account or import information, Kehja will process only the information you choose to connect or provide for that feature. Any future integration may also be subject to Meta’s terms and privacy practices.

6. Browser storage and sessions

Kehja uses browser storage and session technologies to keep you signed in, remember the active creator account, preserve unfinished local work, maintain account isolation, and restore your progress. These technologies are necessary for core product behavior.

Kehja also records limited product events within your creator state, such as starting onboarding or opening the homepage, to maintain the experience. The current application does not include a separate third-party advertising or behavioral analytics product.

7. How information is used

  • Provide authentication, creator accounts, content creation, scheduling, and learning features.
  • Personalize recommendations to your audience, voice, visual taste, history, and results.
  • Protect account separation, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and maintain the service.
  • Develop and improve Kehja’s reliability and product experience.

Kehja does not sell your personal information.

8. Service providers and disclosure

Kehja relies on service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, and AI processing. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Kehja may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce applicable terms, or to protect users, the service, or the public.

9. Security

Kehja uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and separation between creator accounts. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and protect access to your account.

10. Retention

Kehja retains account and creator content while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. Some information may be retained longer where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or system integrity. Local browser data remains on your device until the product or you remove it, or the browser clears it.

11. Your choices and rights

You may review and update profile and creator information available in the product. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, and to object to certain processing.

Contact detail pending: a dedicated privacy contact email or URL has not yet been established. This must be added before formal launch so users have a direct way to make privacy requests.

12. Children

Kehja is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age for consent to online services, that higher age applies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Kehja develops or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised last-updated date.
